Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Klixarunklox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds, in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws and EU regulations.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA Consumers — Distance Contracts)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA and the contract is a distance contract, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Sweden (including the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, distansavtalslagen).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission (Annex I(B) to Directive 2011/83/EU), available via your national consumer authority or the Commission’s consumer pages, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs at the least expensive standard delivery we offered (if you chose a more expensive method, the extra cost is not reimbursed), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal; you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or we failed to inform you that you must bear that cost.

Relationship to our commercial return period: Sections below describing a 30-day return window for unopened products are offered in addition to your statutory rights where applicable. If there is any conflict, mandatory consumer law prevails.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

3.1 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contactuse@klixarunklox.world with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship Items: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA number
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund

5. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Inspection

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

6.2 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-7 business days
  • Processing times depend on your financial institution

6.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances:

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Do not open or use the incorrect item
  3. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

9. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary
  3. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us

12. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under EU consumer protection laws, you have additional rights that cannot be waived or reduced by any agreement.
